Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 1

KOCHI - MUNNAR (150 KMS - 4.5 HRS)

On arrival at the Airport in Kochi, you will be transfer to Munnar hotel & embark on a fascinating journey to Munnar enjoying the stunning panoramic view of the Cardamom hills green carpets of tea plantation enroute. On arrival, check- in at the Hotel/Resort. Spend the rest of the day at leisure trekking around the estate. Overnight stay at your Munnar hotel.

Day 2

MUNNAR LOCAL TOUR

A morning sightseeing trip of Munnar, visiting the Eravikulam national park where you can see the very rare mountain goats locally called the Nilgiry Tahr, Mattupetty Dam & dairy Farm, old Munnar Town market etc…Rest of the day at leisure and enjoy another over night stay at your Munnar hotel.

Day 3

MUNNAR - THEKKADY (120KM-4 HRS)

After an early breakfast, check out from the hotel & proceed to the wild Life Sanctuary at Periyar / Thekkady and check in at the Hotel /Resort. Go on an evening game viewing cruise on the Periyar Lake. Here you will be able to see a large variety of wildlife, which include elephants, monkeys, deer, Wild boar etc, and quite a lot of unique birds can also be spotted. Later, come back to the hotel, relax & enjoy stay overnight at Thekkady Hotel/ Resort.

Day 4

THEKKADY - ALLEPPEY (160 KMS - 5 HRS)

After breakfast, drive down to Alleppey; view the scenic picturesque landscapes on your way. Check in at the Hotel on the bank of the Vembanad Lake. Spend the evening at leisure and stay overnight at the Hotel in Alleppey.

Day 5

ALLEPPEY - TRIVANDRUM/ KOVALAM ENROUTE JATAYU EARTHE CENTER (140 KMS – 4 HRS)

Today morning after breakfast, drive to Kovalam (5 hrs drive). Enroute Jatayu Earth Center Tour. On arrival, check in to the Resort. Evening free to relax. Overnight stay at Trivandrum or Kovalam.

Day 6

TRIVANDRUM/ KOVALAM DAY TOUR

Today morning after breakfast you can go for the sightseeing of Trivandrum [The Capital of Kerala]. Here you can see the 260 year old Sri Padmanabhaswamy Temple, covers an area of 2400 sq km, Puthan Maliga Palace Museum [200 year old Palace of the Travancore Maharaja’s], Napier Museum [Which has an electric display of bronzes, temple carts, Ivory carvings etc..] and Sri Chitra Art Gallery. Evening relax at the beach. Overnight at the Resort.

Day 7

TRIVANDRUM/ KOVALAM - KANYAKUMARI (80 KMS – 2.5 HRS)

After breakfast, proceed to Kanyakumari for a day tour. Kanyakumari is the southernmost tip of the Indian Peninsula and the meeting point of three seas, namely Arabian Sea, Bay of Bengal and the Indian Ocean. En route you should never miss the Padmanabhapuram Palace, the largest wooden palace in the World. At Kanyakumari you can visit the Vivekananda Rock Memorial and the Thiruvalluvar Statue. Overnight Stay in Kanyakumari.

Day 8

KANYAKUMARI - TRIVANDRUM AIRPORT DROP (90 KMS – 3 HRS)

After an early breakfast, checkout from the hotel and depart as per schedule to Trivandrum Airport for your onward journey.
